    Precalienta el horno a 450°F (220°C).

    Combina el tofu, aceite, maicena, ralladura de limón, lemon pepper y algo de sal en una bandeja forrada. Mezcla hasta que el tofu esté bien cubierto.

    Hornea 20-25 minutos hasta que el tofu esté dorado y crujiente. Sirve.
