    Precalentar el horno a 425°F (220°C) y forrar una bandeja con papel pergamino.

    Colocar el pollo en la bandeja, sazonarlo con sal y frotar el resto de los ingredientes por toda la superficie.

    Asar durante 20-30 minutos hasta que esté completamente cocido y la temperatura interna alcance 165°F (75°C). Servir.
