    Preaqueça o forno a 450°F (220°C).

    Combine tofu, óleo, amido de milho, raspas de limão, lemon pepper e um pouco de sal em uma assadeira forrada. Misture até o tofu ficar uniformemente coberto.

    Asse por 20-25 minutos até o tofu ficar dourado e crocante. Sirva.
