Banana bread overnight protein oats

Add the banana to a bowl and mash with a fork until smooth. Add all remaining ingredients except the Greek yogurt and mix until well combined. Season with a pinch of salt.

Transfer the mixture to a sealable container and spread the Greek yogurt evenly on top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, before serving.
