    In una piccola ciotola, mescola lo yogurt greco, la polvere di chili e un po' di sale e pepe per ottenere una salsa veloce.

    Stendi la tortilla e spalma la salsa di yogurt sulla superficie. Disponi i gamberi cotti al centro, quindi aggiungi avocado, insalata, peperone e carote.

    Arrotola la tortilla ben stretta e servi.
