    Dans un petit bol, mélanger les épinards, la carotte, l'huile d'olive et le jus de citron.

    Étaler le houmous sur le pain et garnir du mélange d'épinards et de tranches de tomate.

    Poser l'autre tranche de pain par-dessus et servir.
