If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20-30 minutes to prevent burning.

In a medium bowl, combine the cubed chicken, oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss until evenly coated and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Thread the chicken onto the skewers, using about 3 oz (85 g) of chicken per skewer.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Add the skewers and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, until the chicken is fully cooked and lightly charred.
