  • 1 tazza, affettata (166g)
  • 1 porzione (80 mL ciascuna) (31g)

    In un contenitore ermetico, mescolare avena, polvere proteica e cacao.

    Aggiungere poi il latte e successivamente lo yogurt. Mescolare fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

    Riporre in frigorifero durante la notte o per almeno 4 ore. Servire.
