    Precalienta el horno a 400°F (200°C).

    Coloca el ajo y las rodajas de limón sobre una bandeja para hornear. Pon el bacalao encima y sazona con condimento italiano y una pizca de sal y pimienta.

    Hornea durante 10-13 minutos o hasta que el bacalao esté completamente cocido y se desmenuce con un tenedor.

    Exprime el limón asado por encima y sirve.
