If needed, remove casings from sausage and discard.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the sausage. Break it apart and cook until browned 8-10 minutes.

Mix in red wine vinegar, all spices, and some salt and pepper. Cook for 1 minute.

Mix in shredded brussel sprouts to the skillet and cook until brussel sprouts have softened, 4-6 minutes. Season with more salt and pepper and serve.
