    In a blender, combine the milk, Greek yogurt, protein powder, bananas (feel free to reserve a few slices for topping later), vanilla, peanut butter, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.

    Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the chia seeds.

    Divide the mixture evenly among individual containers. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours, until the chia seeds have softened and the mixture has thickened.

    Top with walnuts and any reserved banana slices before serving.

    Meal Prep Tip: The top layer of the pudding may darken slightly during refrigeration due to oxidation from the bananas. This is normal and safe to eat as long as the pudding has been stored properly.
