Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, combine the oil, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Rub the spice mixture evenly over the pork tenderloin.

Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the pork and sear for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned on all sides.

Turn off the heat and transfer the skillet to the oven. Roast for 15-20 minutes, depending on thickness, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
