    Add the cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla extract to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer it sweeter, add a small amount of your favorite zero-calorie sweetener and blend again to combine.

    Transfer the whipped cottage cheese to a bowl and top with blueberries and almonds. Serve.
