Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the turkey and break it apart with a spoon. Cook for 8-10 minutes, until browned.

Add the diced bell pepper and cook, stirring, for 4-6 minutes until softened. Stir in the chili powder, crushed red pepper and some salt and pepper and cook 1 minute more, until fragrant.

Stir in the remaining ingredients, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes (or according to the rice mixβs package instructions) until the rice is tender. Serve.
