    Place the chicken in a mixing bowl and toss with cornstarch, oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper until fully coated.

    Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the chicken. Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a golden crust.

    Meanwhile, in a separate large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and sriracha to make the bang bang sauce.

    Transfer the cooked chicken to the sauce and stir to coat evenly. Serve.
