Hot honey shrimp

(Note: For a milder version, reduce the quantity of jalapenos or remove the seeds.) Add honey and jalapenos to a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until the honey is warm and pourable. Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook 1-2 minutes per side, until no longer opaque. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and drizzle about half of the warm honey over the shrimp. Cook 1-2 minutes more until shrimp are fully cooked.

Turn off the heat and drizzle the remaining honey on top. Finish with a squeeze of lime juice and serve.
