Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If too thick, add a splash of cold water to thin it.

Meal Prep Tip: Prep individual smoothie packs by placing the frozen blueberries, chia seeds and banana slices for one serving into a separate resealable bag. Lay the bags flat, remove as much air as possible, and store in the freezer. When ready to serve, blend each pack with remaining ingredients.
