Oat & apple crisp with yogurt

Heat coconut oil in a small skillet over medium-low heat. Add in chopped apple and cook for a few minutes until somewhat softened.

Add in oats, maple syrup, and cinnamon (optionally add in a splash of water to soften oats a little). Cover and cook until oats are crisp and golden. Serve in a bowl with Greek yogurt.
