    In un contenitore ermetico mescola avena, semi di chia, latte di mandorla, sciroppo d'acero e vaniglia. Chiudi e metti in frigorifero per tutta la notte o per almeno 4 ore.

    Al mattino mescola l'avena. Taglia a fette la banana e completa l'avena con banana, mirtilli e mandorle.
