    Metti avena, zenzero, sciroppo d'acero, latte e un pizzico di sale in un contenitore con coperchio. Mescola. \r\nIn un piccolo contenitore a parte mescola lo yogurt greco, la cannella e la noce moscata.\r\nCopri e metti in frigorifero avena e yogurt speziato per tutta la notte o almeno 4 ore.\r\nPer servire, guarnisci l'avena con lo yogurt speziato e la pera. Buon appetito.
