Toss steak with sesame oil and soy sauce (optional: let sit and marinate for 20 minutes).

Heat oil in skillet over high heat. Once oil is hot, add steak strips and cook for about 2 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients plus a couple splashes of water and salt/pepper to taste. Stir often and cook until onions soften, 2-3 minutes. Serve.
