  • Whole milk

  • Apples
    1 medium (3" dia) (182g)
  • Banana
    1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (118g)
  • Cinnamon
    1/4 tsp (1g)

    Add ingredients to blender (depending on the blender you may have to chop apples/almonds into smaller pieces before blending).
