    In a small bowl mix together the yogurt, lemon, sugar, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

    Grate your carrots with grater or food processor.

    Add the carrots to a large bowl and mix with the cranberries and diced apple and onion.

    When ready to serve, mix the salad and dressing together.
