Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix the chopped almonds, oil, parsley, garlic, thyme, and a pinch of salt and pepper until combined.

Place the cod on a lined baking sheet. Evenly divide the almond mixture over the cod, pressing lightly so it adheres.

Bake for 13-15 minutes, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
