Ginger glazed salmon

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and a pinch of salt to make the glaze.

Place the salmon on the sheet pan and spoon about half of the glaze over the top.

Bake for 6 minutes, then remove from the oven and spoon the remaining glaze over the salmon.

Return to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked and flakes easily with a fork.
