  • 1 fruit (2-7/8" dia) (140g)
  • 1/2 cup slices (55g)
  • 1 tbsp, chopped (7g)
  • 4 tbsp (30g)

  • 1/3 package (14 oz) (132g)
  • 1 tbsp (15mL)
  • 4 dash (2g)

  • Recipe has been scaled from original by 0.5x. Adjust cook times and pan sizes accordingly.

    Cook the edamame according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

    Juice half of the orange(s) and slice the remaining half into wedges.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, olive oil, mustard, agave, turmeric, and a pinch of salt and pepper to make the dressing. Set aside.

    In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, parsley, orange wedges, apple, edamame, and coleslaw mix. Toss to combine.

    Drizzle with the dressing, then top with chia seeds and walnuts. Serve.
