SKILLET: Lightly spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add the patty (or patties) and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, until cooked through. OVEN: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the patties on the sheet and bake for 9-10 minutes, or until cooked through.
