Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

If cooking for multiple days or people, cut the tilapia into individual portions.

In a small bowl, mix together all of the spices with a pinch of salt and pepper. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the tilapia.

Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper. Place the fish on the sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the tilapia is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Serve.
