Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the salmon on the sheet pan and season with salt and pepper. Brush the teriyaki sauce evenly over the top. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked and flakes easily with a fork.
