To make the dressing, whisk together orange juice, olive oil, garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl. Add the Greek yogurt and whisk again until smooth and creamy.

In a large bowl, toss the kale with the dressing and orange slices. Crumble the goat cheese over the top, toss gently, and serve.
