Pat steak dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Sear meat on both sides, about 4 minutes each side, or until cooked to your liking. Remove from pan and set aside to rest for a couple minutes.

Slice steak. Arrange greens, steak, and sun-dried tomatoes on a plate and top with parmesan, sunflower seeds, and dressing. Serve.
