Add brown rice and water to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 30 minutes (or according to package instructions), until tender. Set aside.

Bring a separate salted pot of water to a boil. Add broccoli and cook until tender, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and season with some salt and pepper.

Transfer rice to a bowl and top with broccoli, avocado, and pumpkin seeds. Season with dill, salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon juice and ranch. Serve.
