    Taglia il tempeh nella forma desiderata, ungilo con olio e poi condisci con sale, pepe o il tuo mix di spezie preferito.

    Saltalo in padella a fuoco medio per 5-7 minuti oppure cuocilo in forno preriscaldato a 375°F (190°C) per 20-25 minuti, girandolo a metà cottura, fino a doratura e croccantezza.
