Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, thoroughly blend soy sauce, oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, and ketchup.

Place pork chops in a baking dish coat all sides with the sauce.

Bake pork chops 15 - 30 minutes in the preheated oven, depending on thickness of chops, until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Remove them from the oven and let rest 3-5 minutes before serving.
