Add oats to a blender and blend briefly until it forms a flour-like consistency.

Add all other ingredients except for the chocolate chips and blend until smooth. For a sweeter taste, feel free to add in some of your favorite zero calorie sweetener.

Stir in chocolate chips. You can serve right away or serve cold after refrigerating the dough in an airtight container.
