Heat a small frying pan to medium-low heat.

Add the oil and crack the eggs onto the oiled pan.

Cook the eggs until the yokes reach desired doneness.

Toast the bagel if desired.

Place the eggs on one half of the bagel and place the cheese on top of the eggs.
