
Pork chops & spinach in garlic sauce

Season pork chops with paprika and salt/pepper to taste. Take a tsp or two from the oil and heat in a pan over medium heat. Cook chops 3-6 minutes on each side until done to your liking. Remove chops and set aside.

In the pan, add the remaining oil and the onion, garlic, and remaining spices. Cook for a couple minutes, until onions are soft.

Add in broth and heavy cream and let simmer for a few minutes until it has thickened a bit.

Stir in spinach leaves and cook for about a minute until wilted.

Add pork chops back to pan to reheat. Serve!
