Sticky soy chicken wings
260cal, 15p, 9c, 18f (per meal)
1 lbs (454g)
2 tbsp (30mL)
2 tbsp (42g)
2 tbsp (30mL)
2 tsp (5g)
1
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
2
In a bowl, mix the garlic, soy sauce, honey, oil, paprika, and a pinch of salt until combined. Add the chicken wings and toss until evenly coated. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared sheet pan. Reserve any remaining marinade.
3
Roast for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and cooked through.
4
Meanwhile, pour the remaining marinade into a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for several minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened. Make sure the sauce reaches a full simmer since it has been in contact with raw chicken.
5
Drizzle the sauce over the cooked wings before serving.
