Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and bell pepper and cook for 5-7 minutes, until starting to soften.

Add the pork cubes and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned.

Stir in the uncooked rice and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until the rice begins to lightly toast.

Add all of the seasonings and cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant. Pour in the broth and stir in the peas.

Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 15 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid has been absorbed.
