Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions. About 2 minutes before the pasta is done, add the asparagus. About 30 seconds to 1 minute before the pasta is done, add the peas.

Once everything is cooked, drain and rinse the pasta and vegetables under cold water to cool.

Transfer the drained mixture back to the pot. Add the oil, lemon juice, tuna, and dill, and toss to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then serve.
