    Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add the ground beef and break it up with a spoon. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 8-10 minutes, until browned and cooked through.

    Crack the eggs into the skillet and reduce the heat to medium-low. Gently fold the eggs into the beef and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set. Season to taste with additional salt and pepper, if needed, and serve.
