If using wooden skewers, soak them in water beforehand to prevent burning.

In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oil, sriracha, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Add the sirloin cubes and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for about 10 minutes.

Thread the sirloin, zucchini, and bell pepper onto the skewers, alternating ingredients. If there is any extra marinade, brush it over the meat and vegetables.

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the skewers for 4-5 minutes per side, until the beef is cooked to your liking and the vegetables are tender.
