Protein rice pudding

In a pot over high heat, combine the rice, water, milk, sweetener, vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, stirring continuously.

Once boiling, reduce to a simmer and cook, covered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

Check to make sure the rice is soft. If ready, remove from the heat and let cool for 10 minutes.

Stir in the protein powder until fully combined.

Serve warm, or allow to cool in the fridge before serving.
