Meal Prep Tip: Prep individual smoothie packs by placing the frozen blueberries, chia seeds and protein powder for one serving into a separate resealable bag. Lay the bags flat, remove as much air as possible, and store in the freezer. When ready to serve, blend each pack with water and lemon juice.
