Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the chicken thighs on all sides with smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.

Add the sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts to a sheet pan. Drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat evenly. Spread the vegetables out in a single layer.

Make room on the pan and place the seasoned chicken thighs among the vegetables.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, tossing the vegetables halfway through, until the chicken is fully cooked and the sweet potatoes are tender. Serve.
