    Season the steak with a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Heat oil in a skillet over high heat. Add the steak and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until it reaches your preferred doneness. Remove from the skillet and let it rest.

    Reduce the heat to medium-low. Crack the eggs into the same skillet and cook until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny. Flip the eggs if you prefer them over-easy.

    Return the steak to the pan briefly to warm, if needed.
