    Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

    Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened, about 5–7 minutes.

    Stir in the spices and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

    Add the ground pork. Break it up with a spoon and cook until browned, about 8–10 minutes.

    Stir in the crushed tomatoes, water, lime juice, and chopped bell pepper.

    Simmer uncovered for 8–10 minutes, until the sauce has slightly thickened.
