Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef and sear on all sides, about 3 minutes.

Add onion and garlic and continue cooking for another 5 minutes until onions have softened and garlic is fragrant.

Add in the paprika, chili powder, and thyme. Stir and cook 1 minute to toast spices.

Add tomatoes, white beans, broth, and salt/pepper to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Add green beans to the pot and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve.
