
Southwest sheet pan burger

Preheat oven to 425 F (220 C).

In a small bowl, mix the ground beef and the salt and pepper.

Form beef into patties, approximately 5oz per patty.

Place patties on a sheet pan and add the jalapeno slices, onion rings, and bacon on the sheet surrounding the patties.

Bake for about 18 minutes.

Meanwhile, make the spicy mayo by mixing the mayo and hot sauce together.

When time is up, remove the sheet pan and add cheese to each burger.

Place back sheet pan back into oven for a couple more minutes until cheese has melted.

Remove from oven, transfer each burger to a plate and top with the onions, bacon, jalapeno, and spicy mayo.

To make in bulk: store each element in an airtight container (cooked burgers, onions/jalapenos, spicy mayo). When ready to eat, reheat burgers and add toppings.
