Cook the veggie burgers according to the package instructions. Transfer them to a cutting board and chop into bite-sized pieces.

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and Greek yogurt until well combined. Thin the mixture with a drizzle of water until it reaches a dressing-like consistency.
